The land is split into three fields which comprise
areas of fertile pasture, including ‘Queen Meadow’,
one of Hampshire’s only remaining wild-flower
meadows, alongside scattered areas of woodland
and wetland with two centrally located ponds.
The River Dun borders the Western boundary and the whole site offers both sporting and environmental appeal. The land has permitted
development consent, granted in January 2022
for the erection of an agricultural building.
The land is situated within Lockerley, accessible from East Tytherley Road just 1.9 miles from the
small village of East Dean.
