Build Completion: Anticipated late September 2022

Reservation, Exchange & Completion: A reservation fee of £1,000 is payable to the developer to reserve the property. Exchange of contracts is required 4 weeks from from reservation and therefore only proceedable purchasers will be considered. Completion is “on notice” which means 10 days notice will be provided to complete on the purchase once the property is signed off as build complete by the warranty provider and building control. Fixed completion dates cannot be provided, should your buyer need a fixed completion date it is down to you to arrange temporary accommodation if there is a gap between your sale and the build completion.
Customisation Due to issues with material supply and labour there are limited customisation choices available to buyers to enable the plots to be delivered in line with anticipated build completion dates in late September 2022.
