Maugersbury Park, Stow On The Wold, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL54

Description
A pristine family home in a popular market town.

Description
Windward is an attractive detached family house constructed in 1967/68. It is constructed of reconstituted Cotswold stone with a gabled elevation under a tiled roof.

The stylish accommodation is laid out over two floors with a central staircase hall. The property is decorated with a subtle palette of colours which creates a calm and contemporary feel throughout. The well-proportioned sitting room has an open fireplace and doors leading to the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with an excellent range of painted cabinets which includes a breakfast bar and there is plenty of space for a table and chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with bi-fold doors to the rear terrace. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a utility and cloakroom. On the first floor are three generous double bedrooms together with a family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower cubicle.

The property sits well within its plot with an enclosed front garden and parking in front of a very useful store. This was previously a garage which could be reinstated if required. The principal garden lies to the rear and side and comprises areas of lawn with well stocked borders. A raised terrace lies against the rear elevation. There is a further paved terraced area leading to a timber arbour housing an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. The garden is enclosed with evergreen hedges and timber fencing.
