"We have loved living in this bright, sunny property. The period Victorian building, combined with modern interior and loft, means the space feels unique and has lots of character that visitors always compliment! Being spread over two floors with big bay windows and skylights makes it feel really spacious which has been ideal for working from home, home workouts and relaxing.
The location couldn't be better, with independent beer and wine bars, restaurants, gym/yoga studios, cafes and shops a few minutes walk away at the end of the road. We have really enjoyed being able to have impromptu drinks or dinner locally, just a stones throw from the front door. Having Highams Park lake and Epping Forest just a short walk away is fantastic and we have enjoyed exploring forest walks (and pub lunches at the end!). In the other direction, Lloyd Park in Walthamstow is less than a 30 minute walk away, for weekend walks to the farmers market for supplies and street food. It's also really convenient for travelling further afield as Highams Park overground station is only an 8 minute walk away, which has been ideal for commuting or meeting friends in Hackney or the City."
