I have loved every minute of living in this flat for the last five years, even through the pandemic when I didn't spend much time away from it! The clever layout of the flat with a separate kitchen down the stairs made it really fun to decorate and furnish, with the flexibility to try different layouts depending on how you prefer to use the space, and the high ceilings and original features make the place feel spacious and homely with lots of light flooding in through the big windows on both sides of the property. The location is wonderful, on a quiet residential street with lovely neighbours, but close to both Central Line, Overground and Victoria Line connections so you can get into the city very quickly. Also benefits from being close to the A12, A406 and M11, so it's easy to escape the city too, with a personal car parking space on the driveway and no need to worry about permits. We have made the most of the wealth of shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep to explore - highlights including the Gravity Well taproom 5 minutes away, and Perky Blenders cafe by the station - and great food delivery options too.
