All woodwork, & studio furniture is solid, durable, lacquered ash veneered mdf & custom built to fit warp free.
The first air conditioning unit controls the ambient temperature in the control room & the iso booth with a mixer valve above a hatch in the W.C. To adjust the ratio between the two. The second air conditioning unit provides ambient temperature to the live room whilst the exterior windows provide both sources of natural daylight & are standard double glazed units with significant wall thickness. These both lead internally to two separate panes of 18mm & then 15mm glass, offering significant sound proofing & making it possible to contain any internally generated noise from 'leaking' to the outside world, whilst stopping any external noise creeping in to ruin that 'perfect take'.

Externally To the front there is a considerable driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles, a disabled access ramp leading to the rear of the studio, a fully double glazed UPVC front door to the house & directly opposite (under the 10m weather proof porch) is a solid oak door to the studio itself.
