The owners had a real excavation project on their hands when building
Villa Vicenza, they had to channel deep into the ground to create the space for this unique home to sit and have its own identity. The Area:
There is a parade of shops within walking distance of Villa Vicenza including a corner shop with Post Office, two hairdressers, 2 cafes, an Ale House, a popular Fish & Chip Shop and The Minnis seafront restaurant.
