If you lived here...

You'll step through the double glazed storm porch and into your immediately arresting lounge, where plush crimson carpet and wood paneling combine for a classic aesthetic. At 150 square feet there's plenty of space for hosting and it's also all laid open to your kitchen - an sleek, elegant affair in smoky grey floor and metro tiles.

Your conservatory offers another great spot for welcoming guests during the summer months, with views of your lengthy garden. Here patio gives way to lawn stretching away into the distance and flanked by fencing and mature greenery. Back inside and your bathroom features terracotta flooring and a teardrop tub, while upstairs you have two solid double bedrooms and one single, all characterfully finished in their own style.

Outside and, as noted, some of our borough's proudest landmarks are within easy reach. The open green space and landscaped gardens of Lloyd Park are just ten minutes away for cafes, courts and a huge range of fitness clubs and classes. It all adds up to a life-changing location.

A word from the owner...

"i've always loved the amount of light in the house (unattached side faces South-East) and the large garden full of birds. It's in a quiet, friendly street where i've always felt safe. It's the kind of area where neighbours stop and chat to each other.
There are several parks and other open spaces along with cafés, shops, pubs and gyms within easy walking distance. Also an excellent yoga/pilates studio.
There is space to park a small car off-road and a dropped curb. On-road parking is controlled by residents' permits.
Public transport connections are really good. I can't ride a bike myself but would be learning if I was staying as there are now safe cycle lanes on all the major roads."
