Parking
There is a sizeable parking area in front of the garage but the current owners tend to park on the lane, as do other residents.
Directions
From Hebden Bridge head west on the A646 towards Todmorden and using the Heptonstall turning circle come back towards Hebden Bridge, turning left at the traffic lights towards Heptonstall. Continue up the hill skirting the village and proceed for about 2 miles through Slack towards Colden. On approaching Colden turn right onto Edge Lane and continue for approximately 0.25 mile and Halstead Green is located on the left.
Services
Despite the rural setting, Spink House benefits from a mains water supply and mains drainage. There is an oil tank to the rear of the house for the oil fired central heating system.
