Environmental Stewardship Scheme
The land is currently under a Higher -Tier - Countryside Stewardship Agreement ending in 2029. The land included within this sale is therefore under a management obligation: WD5L Restoration of lowland wood pasture and parkland until 2029. The successful purchaser will be obligated to meet the terms of this agreement for its duration. This year’s payment will be retained by the current claimant but the relevant parcels will be transferred to the successful purchaser for next year’s claim.
