A word from the owner...

"42 Thorpe rd is full of character and I have enjoyed living in the property whilst initially sharing with friends and later with a young family. The property benefits from great use of space and easy living separation with lots of improvements added over the years. Outdoor space was important to me so we expanded and utilised this space to enjoy more time outside. Inside the rooms are all spacious and functional and make living easy.
All the bedrooms are doubles, so no need argue over rooms (except the balcony one) and 3rd level would make a great space for working from home.
Feature radiators have created a trendy executive look whilst remaining homely and keeping the homes original charm.
Hey, this is making me want to move back in and not sell!
But no whoever buys this home will really enjoy living here with all it has to offer.
Plenty of things to do in Walthamstow without having to go far and an easy commute for those working in the City."
