House For Sale £550,000
Millers Way, Tedburn St. Mary, Exeter EX6

Description
An exciting opportunity to acquire this large 3 bedroom detached bungalow in an elevated and sought after village location at the far end of a cul-de-sac with a picturesque backdrop of mature trees and fine views across the surrounding area to distant hillside. The well modernised property is offered in excellent condition and benefits from the home comforts of uPVC double glazing, solar panels and a newly installed Air Source Heat Pump system which is an economical and environmentally friendly way to heat your home. Most homes in the UK use a mains gas boiler to power their heating system but millions of homes around the world are using air source heat pumps. Whilst boilers are still available, an air source heat pump is a cleaner, more efficient alternative that uses the power of air and electricity to create heat and hot water for your home.
Air source heat pumps take ambient warmth from the air outside and turn it into heat for your home and water appliances. They’re a great way to make your home more sustainable, whilst reducing your heating costs and carbon footprint. A heat pump is typically 3 to 4 times more efficient than older heating systems.
The pv solar panels are owned outright with return tarif and also heat the hot water.

This impressive property will appeal in particular to families and the active retired. As an extra note of interest, other neighbouring properties in the cul-de-sac have extended into the roof space, subject to obtaining planning permission, to create additional bedroom accommodation.
