White Post Lane, London E9

Description
A stylish and modern one-bedroom flat with a private balcony and immaculate decor throughout, as well as a 24 hour concierge, communal roof terrace and a well equipped gym.

Situated in an area dubbed ‘the hippest strip in Hackney Wick’ thanks to its vibrant food and drink scene, you won’t have to travel far to find entertainment, but the neighbourhood is also well connected to the rest of London; Hackney Wick overground is a mere minute stroll away, where trains run between Stratford and Highbury and Islington, which both offer great connections.

If you lived here…

Once you’ve experienced having your own 24 hour concierge and gym, you’ll never look back, but there are many other ways that this impressive apartment block will complement a busy, modern lifestyle…

Your dual aspect open plan kitchen/living area comes in at an impressive 545 square feet, with glossy hard flooring sweeping the length. The second-floor view from the living area is eye-catching, while at the other end you’ll find your kitchen space, complete with sleek cabinets, integrated appliances and sparkling worktops. There’s plenty of space for socialising and home working, so just pick your view.

The generous floor-to-ceiling living room windows ensure the room is bursting with light, but on truly bright days you’ll want to make the most of the private balcony and smartly designed communal roof terrace. For more chance to get to know your friendly neighbours, pop over to the gym and get in some workout time without the commute there eating into your social life.

The bedroom is just as plush as the rest of the apartment, with custom-storage and neutral decor, while the bathroom is immaculate, with contemporary fittings and an over-tub rainfall shower.

You have a fantastic choice of amenities right in your community, including the Lord Napier Star pub, Lokoffee coffee shop, Howling Hops Brewery and Barge East. Victoria Park and the Olympic Village are both a few minutes’ stroll away in opposite directions, so you’re flanked by greenery, while the canal system provides an abundance of waterside walks.

Service Charge £3230.00 and Ground Rent £300.00 Per Year

A word from the owners......

"We bought this property as our first home together as a couple and have made so many amazing memories here. We have loved our three and a half years in the Bagel Factory in the beating heart of Hackney Wick.

The flat is in a perfect location, just minutes walk to Hackney Wick station, canal side bars and restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries, Victoria Park, Olympic Park and pubs and bars.

Our personal favourite things to do in the area include: Strolling through Victoria Park village and market on a weekend, enjoying some of the best craft beers and pizzas in London and hopping on a short bus ride to broadway market in London Fields and Brick Lane.

We particularly love the Winter Garden in the flat, a space which we can use all-year-round."
