"My husband and I have absolutely loved the 8 years we have spent at this property. The area is perfect. When we were a young professional couple we loved the proximity to great pubs (for example, The Crooked billet is only a 3-minute walk away) and the equidistance between Hackney Central, Stoke Newington, and Hackney Downs areas for nightlife, shopping, and remote working cafes. Plus, Clapton station is only a 4-minute walk away, which takes you into Liverpool Street station in less than 12 minutes!
Now as a family of 4, we have really appreciated all the great parks and open spaces we are bang in the middle of. We are a 5-30 minute walk away from Millfields Park, Hackney Downs Park, Clissold Park, Springfield Park, Markfield Park, The Lee Navigation (canal walk), Middlesex Filter Beds Nature Reserve, Woodberry Wetlands, and the Stratford Olympic Park, to name but a few. It really is such a green area and all this is in zone 2! We are only leaving this place because we had another baby, and so need more space. Otherwise, we would live here indefinitely. It truly will be a great home to the next family who lives here. We are always happy to answer questions and give recommendations."
