Other reasons include the presentation. There is nothing to have to do. It is very well kept and the kitchen and bathroom fittings are stylish and current. The garage offers potential for additional work space or, subject to the usual consents, could be integrated and made into another room, if required. The garage is big enough to park a modern car and have space to spare. Very well thought through, again, in my opinion. The location is great too with the schools and town being within walking distance.

So, it clear that I like it. You will need to book swiftly if it sounds like something you will like. The last one of this design sold in less than a week - and that was in a traditional market.
