The location of the house is fantastic. Sainsbury's is a two minute walk away, nurseries and primary schools within walking distance and plenty of parks, coffee shops and places to eat in the locality. It's a 10 minute walk to Norwood Junction and the fast train to London Bridge takes12 minutes. (Selhurst station is also close, for Clapham Junction and Victoria). We are really going to miss the ease of our commutes into the city and weekend trips into town! When we first moved here, the proximity to the stadium was our only concern but we can honestly say this has never been an issue. A maximum of two games per month during the football season, never any trouble from supporters and we've got to know the security staff really well. Match days are a pretty slick operation!

Simply, with a growing family (and a dog) we have outgrown our home.
