Vendors comment: The first time we saw our house in the grounds of Danson Park, we knew we just wanted to live here. It was such a different place to live, most zone four areas are built up urban dwellings. The house stood alone, surrounded by trees and greenery, a quick walk to the sandstone magnificence of Danson House and right in the centre of all the amenities of Danson Park. The tennis courts, the lake, the outside cinema, the local markets, and the fantastic old English garden. Living here we have a bit of everything; town, countryside, park, what ever you want ... When we look out our door and see the picturesque church opposite you could be in a village. From any window in the house it feels like you are living in the country, yet two mins walk away you have three major supermarkets and we're right on top of the station. Finally, with the A2 and the M25 motorways a few minutes away, it's a really convenient place to live. The schools are grammar schools and there are lots of events in the park all year round. We decided to extend the house and we have had some great parties and events happen here, we will be sad to leave our house as it’s been great fun and a truly happy place for us and our dogs.
