The local corner shop is run by a friendly bunch, and we are just a two minute walk from the amenities and vibrant hub of Francis Road, which offers an amazing bakery, coffee shops, a book shop and a new sushi bar. There's also Fillybrook en route to Leytonstone station, which has great beer, food and vinyl music.
