"We've loved our time in this flat, and the area has become our home where we feel safe, comfortable and happy. The local corner shop is run by a friendly bunch, and we are just a two minute walk from the amenities and vibrant hub of Francis Road, which offers an amazing bakery, coffee shops, a book shop and a new sushi bar. There's also Fillybrook en route to Leytonstone station, which has great beer, food and vinyl music.

We are lucky to have several amazing green spaces in walking distance of our flat, including Wanstead Flats & Park with Heronry Pond. Hackney Marshes are also close by as is Hollow Ponds with its boating lake, perfect for summer picnics and crisp winter walks. We are a 5 minute drive from two major supermarkets and Stratford Westfield is easily reached by public transport, car or on foot."
