What does the seller think?

We thoroughly enjoyed living in this home for over a decade. We have so many fond memories of living here, but the time has come to sell our beautiful home due to expanding family. Renovating our house and adding a personal touch to it was both exciting and rewarding.

We invested in high-quality materials that are durable and long lasting for our home improvements. Dark oak laminate flooring, scrubbable, long lasting paint, glass balustrade, composite decking, just to mention a few.

We changed the entire heating system to a dual zone central heating operated by smart thermostats and fitted designer radiators that look both stylish and modern.

We put a lot of time and energy to design a garden which offers just about everything. We wanted our garden to feel like an extension of our living area as we love spending time outdoors. We made the most of those sunny days by dining outdoors at the nice patio table. An extra large deck area with gazeebo was perfect for us to relax and listen to twittering birds throughout the day but also entertaining guests in the evenings. We considered different lighting options to create the perfect evening glow!

We had a fully insulated large garden office installed to our garden last year so we could enjoy working from home throughout the year.

We will miss the big park the most which is only stone throw away from our house. We enjoyed great walks, jogging, cycling and having a picnic there. It was such a convenience to take our toddler to the fields to run around and play at the play park multiple times a day due to its closeness.

We loved the convenience of having everything at our door step: Shopping centres, bus stop to town centre, leisure centres, highly rated schools, cinema, access to motorway.

Our home is situated at the end of a small Cul-de-sac with no traffic through which means it is peaceful and quiet. The neighbourhood is also great! We always found safe to walk around, jog or bike.

We have loved living here; it’s been such a happy home for us in an amazing location! We hope any new owner will enjoy it as much as we have.
