Lawrie Park Gardens has been a wonderful home for many years. The property has qualities that are both a luxury and rarity in London.

It’s light, spacious and has well proportioned rooms. We’re walking distance to many parks, shops, pubs and have great transport links to the city. We’re so close to London, yet have far reaching views outside. We love the birds who greet us daily from the treetops outside our kitchen windows. Woodpeckers and owls included.

Being on the top floor, there are fantastic sunrise views from the kitchen, and sunset views from the living room.

Our neighbours are friendly and we’re sure the new owners will quickly appreciate what a gem of a property this is. We are going to miss both the flat and area.
