The Residents Association comprises a small committee of five volunteer residents with a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer who meet every two months, and have an Annual General Meeting in April each year. The general purpose of this committee is to promote activities for the residents of Stanford Orchard and to interconnect with rlha, the Head Leaseholder. Membership is not compulsory but historically most residents do join to take advantage of the many activities available. The committee arrange regular community activities (as listed below), which are generally well attended and greatly enjoyed. There is no obligation to attend but these activities do create a healthy community spirit and ensure that no resident need feel lonely.

Stanford orchard activities
- Monthly coffee mornings are held, on the lawn when the weather is suitable, and in the adjacent Village Hall during the winter months.
