Description
A sizeable three double bedroom Victorian end of terrace with a through lounge and extended kitchen/diner. To the rear you have a thirty foot private garden, and it's all enviably located within easy reach of amenities and natural retreats.

You're in Chapel End here, named after the fifteenth century chapel founded by Sir William Tyrwhitt. Epping Forest is a six minute cycle away, with The Doughnut a few steps beyond; ideal for exercising furry friends.

If you lived here

You'll be welcoming friends and family into your dual aspect, impressively vast 315 square foot through lounge. A bay window fills the space with swathes of natural light, an elegant white mantelpiece makes for a fine centrepiece and light sage hues run from floor to dado rail. Next door your kitchen/diner's sandstone effect floor tiles are complemented by timber tones and a rustic backsplash.

To the rear sits both a handy WC and separate bathroom with a shower over the tub, heated towel rail and glorious royal blue flourishes. Head back past the breakfast bar island and a door from the kitchen opens out onto your lengthy garden for a mix of patio, lawn, beds and a substantial 150 square foot shed. Back inside and pad up the plushly carpeted stairs for three impeccable double bedrooms. The principal sleeper comes in at 165 square feet featuring a third bay window and built-in storage.

Your Chapel End location means that everything our borough has to offer sits within easy reach. Lloyd Park's landscaped gardens and open green spaces are just a twelve minute stroll, and home to cafes, courts, babbling brooks and all manner of sports clubs and classes. Walthamstow Village is well worth the fourteen minute walk for a delectable array of esoteric destinations including Arte e Pasta's Italian sharing plate restaurant. Our exciting neighbourhood of Wood Street is even closer, with an increasing range of independent cafes and bakeries as well as a thriving indoor vintage market and gourmet pub, The Duke.

A word from the owners.....

Having lived in Walthamstow for nearly thirty years, we as a family have loved living here. What we enjoyed about the house was the location that it sits in. In fact we probably would stay if our children had settled here.

A quiet residential street with lots of amenities within walking distance. Many independent shops and cafes have opened in the immediate area of Wood Street and Hoe street, and if you prefer the outdoors Walthamstow Wetlands and Lloyds park are nearby. We have witnessed much regeneration in the last ten years which has improved the quality of life for all age groups.

We hope whoever buys our property enjoys it as much as we have."
