A quick note to dispel myths and answer some questions we had prior to owning, this may save time for a prospective buyer. The buildings/contents insurance is not scary! Its only circa £55 per month. The property is super quiet inside thanks to the thatch and thick walls. There are no electrics in the roof space or any working chimneys. There is an electrical safety certificate which is required for insurance that is valid for another five years.
The only reason we are selling this beautiful house is because of a once in a lifetime opportunity that has arisen, had this not happened we would be spending many more happy years here. All four of us will be very sad to leave but are excited for our next adventure
