Payment of minimum £20.00 per key cut by office staff member for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices, this may increase if out of office hours or more than one key required, or full lock change.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable
Utilities – gas, electricity, water

Communications – telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite

Subscription to cable/satellite supplier

Television licence

Council Tax

Other permitted payments

Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.

All above fees will apply to company tenancy agreements as well as the following:-
Initial application fee £100.00
Holding fee Equal to one week's rent (this is not an additional fee it is taken off the first month's rent)

Renewal of tenancy agreement/change of agreement £ 75.00

No pets without express prior permission of the landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Length of tenancy: Minimum fixed term period 6 months, becoming a monthly contractual periodic tenancy thereafter. 12 month tenancies may be negotiable at the discretion of the applicant/landlord.
