With its water meadow walks and outstanding natural beauty, Calcot occupies a particularly special position within the stunningly beautiful Coln valley well away from main roads and surrounded by some of the most exquisite countryside available within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The pretty hamlet comprises almost entirely of Period cottages interspersed with sympathetically converted barns and also a number of larger properties and farmhouses.

Bibury with its village shop and Post Office is c. 4 miles away, while Chedworth, with its popular primary school is also approximately 4 miles distant.
