Pets
The Landlord of this property 'may' accept Tenants with pets however this is at the Landlord's discretion and will be judged on an individual basis. It will also depend upon there being any restriction in the Landlord's lease that may prevent them from allowing a Tenant to have a pet.
In view of the above, please provide us with details of your pet and we will ask for you.
If the Landlord agrees, additional rent will be charged at £50.00 pcm to the Tenant for the privilege of having that pet.
How to move forwards with this property
Should a prospective Tenant/s wish to move forwards with this property they will need to be able to complete a pre-tenancy application. If this application is successful they will then need to place a holding deposit. This will be equivalent to a maximum of 1 week's rent (£167.30) based on the rent being £725.00. The referencing process will then begin.
The tenancy must commence within 15 days of the holding fee being placed unless a Tenant requests in writing for this timeframe to be extended.
The holding deposit can either be returned at the start of the tenancy or it can form part of the security deposit (see below).
What happens before the tenancy can start
Once the referencing process has been completed successfully, the tenancy agreement will be sent to Landlord and Tenant to esign. The Tenant will also be requested to pay to pay the first month's rent (£725.00) in advance together with a security deposit. This will be the equivalent of a maximum of 5 week's rent (£836.53) based on the rent being £725.00 pcm.
