'I have lived in this flat for many years. The neighbourhood is a friendly area, the direct neighbours being long-term residents & very helpful. Apart from the fantastic public transport links, the A406, M11 & M25 are only a short drive away, which has been very useful. The village is a lovely, quiet area & there are a variety of clubs / groups, which i've participated in. The flat has always enjoyed a large amount of sunlight & i've often had an evening meal in the rear garden. Having the village centre so close, has been great for meeting up with friends, too. Its now time for me to leave, but I can totally recommend Walthamstow village.'
