A single parcel of Grade III arable land at the southern end of the farm extending to 18.08 acres with road frontage and direct access onto Tilsden Lane along the western boundary. There is a block of woodland known as Hagues Gill which mainly comprises a traditional Hornbeam and Chestnut coppice with Oak and Ash standards in the valley along the eastern boundary and a further small parcel of woodland to the northwest, both extending in total to 5.21 acres. Over half the woodland is classified as ancient semi-natural. The arable land is currently occupied under the terms of a Farm Business Tenancy terminating on the 28th September 2022.
