Living on Falmer Road is fantastic. It's a quiet road which is conveniently located for any family. It's a 10 minute walk to Walthamstow Central Station with excellent transport links given the overground and Victoria line. A 1 minute walk to Forest Road where there is a post office and Tesco. Lloyd Park is a short 5 minute walk away which is lovely walk and also offers a number of events throughout the year. Every Saturday there is a delicious food market too.

The house is the only house on the street to have off road parking and we have a Tesla charger installed already for those wanting to buy an electric vehicle. The north circular and M11 are close providing excellent road links without having to drive through central London traffic.

It's a short walk to Walthamstow Village with its numerous restaurants. God's own junkyard is 10 minutes walk too.<br /><br />
