"We've loved living in Chingford, having the best of both worlds on our doorstep; Walthamstow for the entertainment and culture and Chingford/Highams Park for the walks, forests, shops and restaurants.

What we love about our house is it's surrounded by lots of lovely trees and greenery. Also, being on a no-through road, it's very quiet, with only residents and the occasional parakeet that pass by to say hello. All our neighbours are lovely and Ram at the corner shop is always on hand to supply you with all the snacks you could ever need.

We will be sad to say goodbye, but we do hope the new owners will make it their home and enjoy it as much as we have."
