A word from the owner....

"i've enjoyed growing up in this house & have loved refurbishing it, particularly the period features such as the brick fireplace and plaster coving. My favourite part is definitely the large south facing garden with the amazing wisteria. We’ve enjoyed many parties and BBQs here with enough space to accommodate big groups of
family and friends.

If we could pick the house up and move it closer to family, we would. With our new baby we've found it really child friendly locally, especially in Walthamstow & Highams Park and love taking her to Lloyd Park, Walthamstow Marshes and Epping Forest. The neighbourhood has always felt safe and we have lovely neighbours who have always helped us when needed (taking packages in, feeding the cat when we're away).

It's a perfect base as it has all the essentials including supermarkets, gyms, cafes/pubs and parks all
