Fully furnished to a high standard each flat has a spacious living area complete with a Flatscreen TV with complimentary Netflix, seating area, fridge-freezer, microwave & kettle & toaster, and the 8 bedroom flats even come with a dishwasher

We offer a standard deposit option of £200. Alternatively, we provide the option of a Reposit. This is a non-refundable fee of one weeks rent to act as the deposit.

Uni Kit Out is a service where you can order all the items you need to live independently prior to your arrival - i.e. Microwave, kettle, toaster, cleaning supplies, food and much much more - and we will co-ordinate delivery to ensure that your parcel is delivered and waiting in your accommodation before you even arrive - minimising the level of contact you have with your neighbours.

There is a 10% discount also for all X1 tenants who opt for this service.
