Located in the centre of York, this home away from home has been decorated and finished to the highest standard to ensure your York adventure is perfect!
The space
My apartment has been furnished to a very high standard, with brand new furniture, fixtures and fittings. There is a separate kitchen to living dining room, a double bedroom and shower room.
Feversham House is a beautifully restored Georgian House dating back to 1901, originally built as a nurses quarter for the County Hospital.
In the living dining room, there's a large comfy sofa. Opposite is a wall mounted Smart TV and an electric feature fireplace. The window next to the dining table and chairs frame a picturesque view onto the City Walls and York Minster.
The bedroom is accessed via the living room. There's a feature wall behind the king size bed, and a double mirrored wardrobe for storage.
The kitchen is also accessed from the living room and comes with a fridge freezer, washer dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There's a nice addition of a breakfast table and two chairs where you can have a relaxed breakfast, whilst you plan your day ahead.
The newly fitted bathroom consists of a generously sized double shower, sink cabinet unit and toilet.

I recommend walking into the city centre via Monkbar. Here you will find Little Italy and Ambiente (Spanish tapas), as well as many charming cafes for lunch or cake! Explore Fossgate and Bishopthorpe Road and Stonegate.
The Visitor Information Centre is located on 1 Museum St, York YO1 7DT which is a 10 minute walk away. National Trust Members can take advantage of heritage buildings too. Flamingo Land Theme Park/The East Yorkshire Coast/Leeds can be reached on the York Coastliner bus. Go to Stonebow bus stop).
