The location in Kennet Island is perfect for us, central Reading and the train station are easily accessible, whether that is a 10-min car journey, the regular bus links or a nice 35 min stroll along the River Kennet. Nothing feels far away, we enjoy grabbing coffee or lunch at the Fidget & Bob café, there are two shops in the Piazza for essentials as well as Morrisons, Aldi and PureGym nearby. Kennet Island has its own green spaces but we have also enjoyed walks around Green Park and along the canal towards Burghfield.
