Sporting opportunities in the area include various golf courses, sailing at the Cotswold Water Park and boating on the River Thames. There is also a David Lloyd Club about 5 miles away.

Directions
From Junction 15 of the M4 proceed north on the A419 towards Cirencester. After about 9 miles turn right signposted to Castle Eaton and Kempsford. After about 1.7 miles take a driveway to the right and the property will then be seen on the left hand side.

From Cirencester take the A417 south towards Swindon. Just after the bp garage (about 9 miles) turn left for Castle Eaton and Kempsford. Proceed for about 1.7 miles and the driveway will then be found on the right. Turn into the drive and the property will then be accessed on the left.
