If you lived here

You'll be enjoying a bright suite of rooms, adding up to almost 1000 square feet of original architecture. To the fore is your 175 square foot lounge with plush cream carpet underfoot, vintage ceiling moulding and picture rail, plus a bow window nodding to the building's fine heritage. Next door you have the ideal hosting space in your 230 square foot kitchen/diner, with glorious green views from floor to ceiling and access to the garden.

The kitchen area comes in a suite of pine cabinets, a tiled white backsplash and induction hob over the chef's bar, so you can chat with guests while cooking up a storm. Throw open the patio doors to access your huge sixty five foot garden, where lawn gives way to a canopy of lush foliage. Back inside and head up the stairs, past a vintage Art Deco window, to the first floor. Here you'll find two very generous double bedrooms with built-in storage and a leafy vista apiece, plus a dual aspect single sleeper. Lastly, your bathroom features a shower over the tear-shaped tub, plus cream tiling and traditional white suite for yet another inviting space.

Outside and both Highams Park and Chingford Mount are a mere half a mile away on foot, so you've a superlative choice of amenities. Date night? Breeze and The Indian Dining Club are well worth a visit too. There's something for every taste, mood or occasion right at your fingertips.

A word from the owners.......

"The house sits on a fantastic road with friendly neighbours. The road is well known as a family friendly road and people rarely move from here. The elevated position offers fantastic views over London from the front bedroom and the rear garden backs onto forest land. When sitting in the back garden all you can hear is bird song but you are still only several train stops from Liverpool Street. We have thoroughly enjoyed living in this property and we will miss the neighbours and the views."
