A word from the owners...

"We've made a home out of this property and we hope you do too. The place still retains some of its period features, including a classic coving ceiling rose, and having our own garden with ample space has been such a blessing. We share our home with our cat and our tortoise and they seem to appreciate the garden too. With a south-west-facing front, we love that or living room is bathed in warmth and sunshine on a bright day, beneficial for all whether people, pets, or plants. We fully refitted our modern kitchen after moving in just three years ago, and the cellar is great for storage.

We love the area for its many diverse food places and vibrant culture. On Green Street, for instance, the historic Queens Market will occasionally host community events such as dance performances by incredible local talent. We recommend visiting the spacious Boleyn Tavern, beautifully restored to its original Victorian features and only a three-minute walk away; or the Black Lion in Plaistow with its cosy feel and great selection of ales. Upton Park station (on the District line and the Hammersmith & City line) is a six-minute walk away, getting you to the centre of London in just over 20 minutes."
