'The first time we saw this house it looked tired and unloved, however it was clear that it had so much potential waiting to be unlocked. Through a complete renovation we restored this wonderfully spacious and airy property into the home it is today, introducing flow and connectivity, creating the hub of the house by extending into the side of the property to create a fantastic sociable kitchen and dining space. We were initially drawn to this area by its close proximity to the many green open spaces including Perret’s park, where we have spent many, wonderful evenings looking over the city eating fish and chips, or sledging down its slopes when it has snowed.
