I have enjoyed mythree years in this excellent studio flat. It is in a great location, handy not only for West Kensington and EarlsCourt, but also for Fulham, Hammersmith and Kensington High Street.
I have always found the landlord and their staff very easy to deal with and'low maintenance' when assistance was required (e.g. Fitting a new shower) andappreciated the communal areas being kept clean and tidy.
I would not hesitate to recommend this flat and them as landlords to any prospectivetenants.
