We have loved living here at Kingsmere. The area is very quiet and family orientated with friendly neighbours. We're right next to one the top primary schools in Brighton and within a short walk to Stringer and Varndean schools and college, which makes it perfect if you have children.
The communal gardens are maintained to a very high standard. Each flower bed has a range of different plants to ensure they are in bloom throughout the whole spring and summer.
We love this area for so many reasons but a key one is definitely the easy access to Preston park and one of Brighton's hidden gems Withdean Park, home of the national lilac collection which is stunning in spring.
In addition it's super easy to get out of Brighton via the A23/A27 or on the train from Preston Park station. Over the years we've both commuted to London via car and train and found this flat ideal for this.
