Patio doors lead out onto a raised patio with glass balustrade surround and access pathway into the very special Mediterranean garden. Another door leads onto the front patio. Bedroom two also looks over the Mediterranean garden and has patio doors out onto a pretty Juliette balcony. A further two bedrooms, both overlooking the rear garden, and a bathroom and shower room complete this area of the property; all spacious and very light. A great addition to this bungalow is a hidden staircase leading up to a loft room, currently used as a guest room with a sink in situ.

The driveway is incredibly large and leads to a double garage with an electric door and garden store for a ride on mower and suchlike. There is even a disused red phone box perfectly positioned which is included in the sale. In the rear garden area, numerous raised vegetable beds and a shed are in place. A pathway leads around to the professionally designed and enclosed Mediterranean garden. A space to sit under the octagonal central gazebo and embrace the garden around you. Full of meandering pathways in amongst the fully stocked flower beds. A raised sphere water feature with mosaic tiles surround is another focal point of this space. From here you can stroll down to the neighbouring brook and admire the cattle in the field across the water. Heading toward the front garden you will pass a large wildlife pond which is full of life in season.
