We initially moved to the new development for Kings Academy School which is 5 minute walk away. It's got an amazing reputation and I would say is by far the best primary and secondary school in the area.
Since being here, we have fallen in love with the local area, community and wildlife. Just a stone's throw away is the Binfield sang - a large secluded and very quiet area of fields, lakes and wildlife. Not many people know about this beautiful area so it's perfect for quiet walks and picnics.
I love that my home is on the corner plot, it gives the home that extra bit of space and privacy. The community is amazing, everyone is so welcoming and helpful. There's a neighbourhood social media page where the community arrange social meet ups, dog walks, or simply offering assistance to each other. We all look out for each other and it's been invaluable to me.
I will surely miss my morning coffee sat in the kitchen bay window watching the wildlife in the lake, the resident heron fishing for breakfast, and the occasion deer wonder past.

There are such lovely proportions throughout this home, and every single room and bedroom has a dual aspect so there is light flowing in from every angle. The kitchen/dining room enjoys lovely views over the balancing ponds, and the living room gives way to a beautifully landscaped garden - the current owners added a pond, fruit trees and raised vegetable beds whilst still keeping decked and paved areas perfect for entertaining friends and family.
The back of the garage has been converted into a garden room, ideal for using as a separate den, gym, play room, home office... The options really are endless!

As the current owners have already mentioned, there is a wealth of open green space to explore, all just a few minutes walk from the doorstep. Not to mention The Stag & Hounds in Binfield, which is one of our favourite dog-friendly pubs locally being less than a mile's walk away through the sang land avoiding the main roads.
Warfield is home to Tesco Superstore, and the larger town of Bracknell is only a few minutes drive away - for anyone commuting then access to both the M3 & M4 corridors are also within 10 minutes by car.
