Section 106 and cil obligations
The successful purchaser will be responsible for agreeing the proposed Section 106 Agreement with Tewkesbury Borough Council and Gloucestershire County Council. The Reports Pack for tbc’s Planning Committee on the 21st June 2022 cites the following items to be included within the proposed S106 Agreement:

Renowned for its steam railway, Toddington is a small Cotswold village lying approximately three miles to the north of Winchcombe and five miles to the south of Broadway.
