The Granary is designed on split levels, with a bedroom/wc on the upper level, and sitting room/kitchen, bathroom (walk in shower, wc etc) and little study on the lower level. The study can fit a single bed, and has had bunk beds in it in the past, but is very small. The cottage was designed and built by a boat builder, and is quirky and full of character (in a good way!) with oak beams, and a small low walled patio overlooking the lake. It has recently been renovated, and is well insulated. It is ideally suited for single occupancy, unless being used as a holiday cottage.
Can potentially be let furnished, or at least semi furnished, subject to requirements of a suitable tenant. 6 month tenancy agreement at minimum, but would prefer at least 12 months.
Gas and Electricity are metered and billed monthly. Animals are not encouraged, but could be considered.
