The space
My apartment is located just off Gillygate, a stone's throw from York city centre. Local independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants can be reached in a minute's walk, and York District Hospital are within 5 minutes walk.
A spacious living dining room is to the front of the apartment. There are two large comfy sofas and a 40 inch Smart TV with soundbar, plus a bluetooth CD and DAB hifi. Free wifi is also included. A dining table and chairs are in front of the bay windows which bring in lots of natural light. This makes a good spot for those working from home.
In the bedroom is a king size bed dressed with fresh white linen. Storage-wise there are a chest of drawers and some hanging space. A hairdryer and tall standing mirror can also be found in the bedroom.
The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped for self catering. Guests have use of a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, gas hob, and fridge and freezer. There is a bonus of a Tassimo coffee machine with a selection of coffee pods.
The bathroom is at the end of the apartment. It contains a three piece white suite, with the addition of a hand held shower over the bath.
