Downstairs there is an open plan living dining room, with two comfy sofas, Smart TV and a table and chairs set to accommodate up to 4 guests. The property comes with high speed fibre broadband.
The kitchen is thoughtfully kitted out so guests can feel at home. There is a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and large fridge freezer. Breakfast can also be enjoyed at home, with kettle, toaster and brand new Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A washing/dryer makes our house ideal for long term stays.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms, both with guest storage facilities. The master bedroom includes the original fireplace as a decorative feature. Both bedrooms have king size beds and usb plugs for charging your phone or tech appliances. The bathroom is also upstairs and has an electric shower over the bath.
Double patio doors open out on to the courtyard which is a lovely little sun-trap! There are a couple of sun loungers and a shed which is suitable for storing your bikes.
Parking is free and on the street. You can usually find a space outside or alternatively park on a neighbouring street where there is also free parking.
