We first moved into our house in May 2019 as a new build towards the latter end of the Croft Gardens development. There were some really key reasons why we chose this specific plot, starting with the great location... There is also Oakbank High School also within a 10 minute walk for those with older children.
In November 2021 we joined the electric revolution and had a PodPoint 7kw electric charging point installed on the driveway which come with 3 years warranty (until. November 2024). The driveway allows for the comfortable fit of 2 cars and further space inside the garage if required. We currently use our garage as a utility/storage room with side access available via a door to the patio.
Due to remote working, we had an office/study built in the top floor bedroom which hasn't compromised too much on the size of the room. For those that don't need the office, this room would make a beautiful walk in waldrobe and/or a nice dressing room benefiting from the velux window offering natural light. Our current setup means we use the second bedroom as our master giving the children the top floor with en-suite. Naturally, this can be changed to meet the next owner's needs.
