Planning

Planning application ref. PA21/11372 seeking consent for the construction of two residential building, each with four apartments, was refused by a committee decision on 10th May 2022. The reasons for refusal related to the design and scale of the proposed development being overbearing in relation to the nearby Listed buildings and the absence of a mechanism to secure financial contributions towards off site public open space and education provision.

Copies of the planning decision, proposed plans and associated documents are available on request.
