Pennybridge Lane is a quiet, narrow country lane running from Lake Street, down to Coggins Mill on the outskirts of the sought-after village of Mayfield which is reached within approximately 1.7 miles Initially there is a shared driveway off Pennybridge Lane which serves the barn and the oast, then a private, electric gated drive to Pennybridge Oast, which leads to the outbuildings and car parking.

Mayfield is a beautiful, historic hilltop village, dating back to the tenth century and full of character properties, with a vibrant village community. Amenities include a tennis club and cricket club, doctors’ and dentists’ surgery, a well regarded village primary school and Mayfield School, a private senior school for girls. Directions
TN20 6QB. From Tunbridge Wells head south out of the town on Nevill Street/Frant Road(A267). Continue through the villages of Frant and Mark Cross, after which Lake Street is the next turning on the left.
