"We have loved every second of our time here in our forest flat on the hill. How many people can say they have Epping Forest as their extended garden? Only 30 minutes between our work life in the City and our outdoorsy life in our forest. If we could, we would take the forest with us, and all our amazing neighbours. Upper Walthamstow is known for their great community feel and this corner must be the best of the best.
We live here with our two daughters. Friends with houses are often jealous of our spacious rooms and hallways. We have put a lot of thinking into optimising all the space we have. There is plenty of storage and with our ingenious drying rails above the radiator in the hallway we never laundry in our living room or bedrooms! In summer the south facing washing line gets your laundry dry in 30 minutes!
The sun starts in the morning on our deck for our morning coffee. By noon the whole garden is bathing in sunlight until the evening.
